Tour description
We drive you comfortably from Zagreb through the gentle green hills of Zagorje to Trakošćan, a 13th-century castle with a rich collection of paintings, furniture and historical weapons. Inside, you’ll walk through lavishly decorated rooms and hear stories of noble families, legends and battles, while outside the views over the lake and park are pure magic.
To complete the experience, you can choose a traditional countryside lunch prepared from organic ingredients, with local wine and honest rural hospitality. It’s a day full of history, scenery and flavours – the kind of trip that stays with you long after you return home.

An excellent day with Tirana-My wife and I spent the mid-morning to mid-afternoon with Tihana on the "Total Zagreb Tour." From the time I booked the tour she had excellent and helpful communication with us on tips for enjoying our Zagreb time which was so appreciated. Tihana made the one day we had in Zagreb special. It was a rare rainy day, but (after realizing that we only had the one day) she modified the tour to make the best of it. Of course seeing the main sites in Zagreb was great, but what we enjoyed most was talking with Tihana and hearing her perspective on life in Zagreb/Croatia and its recent history. She also provided great recommendations (e.g., restaurants) for both before and after our tour (which included other parts of Croatia we were visiting). Tihana definitely helped us enjoy and make the most of our time in Zagreb!
